Shipping policy
Effective Date: 8 January 2026
Processing Time
All orders are packaged within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Australia Shipping

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. If you have not received your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact us at auraartatelier@gmail.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia and select international destinations. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited services.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes may be charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Aura Art Atelier is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at auraartatelier@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at auraartatelier@gmail.com. We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Aura Art Atelier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
